Office space.
Open floors, private suites, conference rooms, lobbies, and common areas. We shoot for leasing brochures and tenant marketing, with even light across glass-walled rooms and mixed ceiling fixtures.
HDR, aerial, and 360 coverage for commercial property. Office floors, retail, warehouse, multifamily, mixed-use, hospitality, and event venues. Scoped for owners, brokers, developers, and property managers, and delivered on the timeline a leasing package runs on. We cover New York City and Baltimore.
First commercial shoot was the 20,000 sq ft Weeksville Heritage Center. Commercial work for Life Storage in Brooklyn. Named a top real estate photography company by Giggster and published on Peerspace.

Commercial real estate photography is not residential photography at a bigger scale. A warehouse, a corner retail unit, and a Class A office floor each ask for a different read on light, line, and framing. We shoot each property type to the standard its market expects, working to showcase property features that matter to a leasing decision, whether the sharp, well-lit images land in a leasing brochure, an offering memorandum, or a marketing site.
The goal on every commercial real estate photography project is the same: capture the unique features of the space, read it in the best light, and hand back professional photos that hold up against the rest of the market. Across office spaces, retail, and industrial buildings, we shoot exterior photography that frames the building and its surrounding environment, plus interior shots that walk a tenant or buyer through the layout. Real estate agents, brokers, and owners use the set to attract potential buyers and qualified tenants.
Open floors, private suites, conference rooms, lobbies, and common areas. We shoot for leasing brochures and tenant marketing, with even light across glass-walled rooms and mixed ceiling fixtures.
Storefronts, in-line units, and anchor space. Exterior frontage, signage, foot-traffic context, and interior buildout that helps a broker market a vacancy or an owner show a stabilized tenant mix.
Warehouse floors, clear heights, loading docks, and yard space. Wide HDR coverage that reads the true scale of a distribution or flex building, plus aerial to show the footprint and access.
Apartment buildings, unit interiors, amenity space, and lobbies for owners, managers, and investors. One shoot covers a representative unit set plus the building exterior and shared amenities.
Ground-floor retail over residential or office. We document each component and the building as a whole, which is what an offering memorandum or a refinance package needs.
Hotels, event venues, and gathering space. Rooms, public areas, and the details that book an event. 360 virtual tours let a planner walk a venue before they commit to a site visit.
A leasing brochure, an investment memorandum, and an asset record are three different jobs. We ask who the images are for before we arrive, then shoot and process to that use rather than handing back a generic set and hoping it fits.
Owners need a record of the asset and a marketing set that holds up against the rest of the market. Brokers need a leasing package that fills a vacancy. Developers need documentation as a building delivers. REITs and institutional owners need a consistent standard across a portfolio. Property managers need clean, current images for listings and ownership reporting. We work to whichever of those is in front of us.
A 200 square foot bedroom and a 20,000 square foot heritage site are not the same shoot. Large commercial space needs coverage that holds detail across a wide frame, captures the property from the best angles, and lets a remote tenant or buyer move through the property without a flight or a drive. We run all three from one booking. Aerial photography and drone photography give a comprehensive view from above, while interior shots read the layout at ground level, so the full set of high resolution images carries every selling point of the asset.
Interactive tours of an office floor, a warehouse, or a venue that cut wasted showings and qualify interest early. Six months of hosting included.

View the photo gallery →Our first commercial shoot was the Weeksville Heritage Center commercial venue project in Brooklyn, roughly 20,000 square feet across the site. That set the standard for how we approach large space: plan the route, manage mixed light across many rooms, and deliver a set that holds together as one property.
We have also handled commercial work for Life Storage in Brooklyn. We started in Brooklyn in 2020, shot more than 100 short-term rental units directly for Airbnb, and were named a top real estate photography company by Giggster and published on Peerspace. The commercial side of the business grew out of that same HDR standard, applied to bigger footprints. As an experienced photographer covering commercial real estate, the focus stays on the work: read each space in its best light, capture the unique essence of the building, and leave a lasting impression on potential clients reviewing the portfolio.
Our residential pricing is published and scales with interior square footage, starting at $200 for an HDR shoot up to 1,500 square feet. Most commercial property runs larger than a single listing, so anything above 5,500 square feet is quoted to the project. A multi-floor office, a warehouse with a yard, or a multifamily building with amenity space is a different shoot than a one-bedroom apartment, and the quote reflects that.
Send those and we return a quote, typically within two business hours. Call or text (701) 566-9171 for anything over 5,500 square feet or any multi-building project.

Office space, retail and storefronts, industrial and warehouse buildings, multifamily and apartment buildings, mixed-use property, hospitality, and event venues. Each property type has its own lighting and framing needs, and we shoot to the standard a broker or owner needs for marketing or a leasing package.
Commercial photography is priced by interior square footage, starting at the same published tiers as our residential work. Most commercial spaces run larger than a single listing, so anything above 5,500 square feet is quoted individually. Tell us the square footage and scope and we return a number, not a discovery call.
Yes. Aerial drone coverage shows site context, parking, roof condition, and the footprint of an industrial or mixed-use property from above. Aerial is available in New York markets. A 360 virtual tour lets a tenant or buyer walk a warehouse, office floor, or venue on their own time before scheduling a site visit. Both pair well with HDR photography on the same shoot.
Yes. Our first commercial shoot was the Weeksville Heritage Center, roughly 20,000 square feet across the site. We have also handled commercial work for Life Storage in Brooklyn. We are comfortable on properties that run well beyond a single residential listing.
Property owners, commercial brokers, developers, REITs, and property managers. The deliverable changes with the audience: a leasing brochure, an investment memorandum, a marketing site, or an asset record. We scope the shoot to the use before we arrive. Developers with active sites also run our construction progress photography across the build, and storefront businesses add a Google Maps virtual tour so the finished space sells itself from the listing.
