This Privacy Policy explains how OpenDoors360 LLC ("OpenDoors360," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit opendoors360.com or contact us to book real estate photography, 360 virtual tours, or video. By using the site or sending us a request, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Who we are

OpenDoors360 LLC is a real estate photography and 360 virtual tour company founded in Brooklyn in 2020 and operating in New York City and Baltimore. You can reach us by phone or text at (701) 566-9171 or by email at info@opendoors360.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect two kinds of information:

• Information you give us. When you submit a contact or booking form, call, text, or email, we receive the details you provide. That typically includes your name, email address, phone number, the property address, the square footage, the services you want, and your listing deadline.
• Information collected automatically. When you browse the site, our analytics tools collect standard technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring page, and time on site. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Reply to your request with a quote and a proposed shoot time.
• Schedule, perform, and deliver the services you book.
• Communicate with you about a booking, a reschedule, or a delivery.
• Understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.
• Keep records for accounting, tax, and legal purposes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

4. Cookies and analytics

The site uses cookies and similar technologies to run analytics and load our booking tools. These help us see which pages are visited and how the site performs.

Your cookie choice

The first time you visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies used for analytics and booking attribution. Nothing on this site requires you to accept, and the booking forms work exactly the same either way.

• Always loaded, because the site needs them: the HoneyBook booking form embed itself, and standard server logs. The form is the service you came to use, so we never block it.
• Only after you accept: HoneyBook's attribution pixel, a hidden 1x1 image that tells us which page a booking request came from. Until you accept, it is not requested at all.
• Google Analytics follows Google Consent Mode. In California, Canada, the United Kingdom and the EEA it is switched off by default until you accept. Elsewhere in the United States it is on by default, and declining switches it off.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

5. Third-party services we use

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the site and our bookings. Each has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data:

• Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM), for website analytics and tag management.
• HoneyBook, which powers our contact and booking forms and stores the details you submit through them. HoneyBook also provides an attribution pixel that tells us which page a request came from; that pixel only loads if you accept cookies.
• Our website host, which serves the site and keeps standard server logs.

When you submit a form or use the site, the relevant provider may receive the information needed to deliver its service. We share information with these providers only to operate our business, never to sell it.

6. How we share information

We share your information only in these situations: with the service providers listed above so they can perform their function; when required by law, a court order, or a valid legal request; and to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

7. Data retention

We keep the information you submit for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain business records, and meet legal and accounting obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of non-essential communications at any time. To make a request, email info@opendoors360.com. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under your local privacy laws.

If you are in California

California residents have additional rights under the CCPA and CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to have it deleted, the right to have it corrected, and the right to opt out of its sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information for money. Declining cookies stops the analytics and attribution tracking described in section 4. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children's privacy

The site is intended for adults and for business use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and our providers maintain their own security measures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
