Named as a top real estate photography company on Peerspace and Giggster. Shot for Airbnb directly across more than 100 units.

HDR stands for high dynamic range. A single camera exposure cannot hold a bright window and a dim corner at the same time. One ends up blown out, the other ends up muddy. HDR captures several exposures of the same frame and merges them, so the window keeps its view and the room keeps its detail. It is the reason a professional interior reads even and true while a phone shot reads dark or washed out. Every OpenDoors360 frame runs through the same five stages.
Each frame is shot as several exposures, from dark to bright, on a leveled tripod so the geometry stays square.
The exposures are combined into one frame that holds the window, the walls, and the shadows together.
Light is balanced across the image so the room reads bright and natural rather than flat or overcooked.
Mixed light from windows, lamps, and overheads is neutralized so whites read white and wood reads true.
Verticals are straightened, distractions are cleaned, and each frame is sharpened and exported web-ready and MLS-sized.
Real estate photography is professional photography made to market a property for sale or rent. It covers the interior, the exterior, and the details that move a buyer, processed so the space reads bright, accurate, and true to its real size.
Almost every potential buyer and renter starts on a screen. They scroll dozens of online listings and decide in a few seconds which ones are worth a visit. The photos make that call. A listing with clear, well-lit interiors gets clicked, saved, and shared. A listing with dark, crooked, or phone-shot images gets scrolled past, no matter how good the property is in person. In a competitive market, that first impression is the listing.
Professional real estate photography does more than look better. It sets the price expectation, signals that the listing is well represented, and pulls a higher share of qualified showings. For a real estate agent, that is the difference between a launch weekend that books tours and one that sits. Listings that read well sell faster, and the cost of a shoot is small next to the cost of a listing that stalls. The same logic holds for apartments, houses, and luxury homes across every price tier.
Most agents juggle a photographer, a video editor, and a virtual tours vendor on three different timelines. We run the full real estate media set in house, so one shoot covers the listing across MLS, social media, and a brokerage site. Photography, virtual tours, dynamic listing videos, drone footage, virtual staging, and floor plans come from one team. Add only what a given listing needs.
Five-stage processing on every frame. The standard for every property, interior and exterior, with no minimum image count.
Immersive virtual tours buyers move through on their own time. Listings with interactive tours hold attention longer and pull more qualified showings. Six months of hosting included.
Dynamic listing videos and cinematic clips shot the way a buyer moves through a space. 4K walkthrough cut for listing platforms, social media, and broker reels.
Drone photography across New York markets. Two ready clips of aerial drone footage and five HDR aerial photos per session, with airspace handled where required.
Furnish a vacant unit digitally. Faster and less expensive than physical staging, and useful for empty rooms that need context so buyers can read the room layout.
A clean floor plan that gives buyers a read on the property's layout and flow. Each floor plan pairs well with photos and a 360 virtual tour on the same listing.
Five HDR images shot at dusk. Exterior-focused, built for properties with views or exterior lighting that reads best after sunset.
High-resolution records of adjacent properties for developers and contractors working near occupied buildings before work begins.
Every HDR shoot covers the property end to end. There is no minimum image count and no per-photo charge. Pricing is set by interior square footage, so the number is the same whether a unit needs twenty frames or sixty.
You get a single download link with web-ready and MLS-sized versions of every frame. No watermarks on the final set, no resizing on your end. 360 virtual tours arrive as a hosted URL you drop straight into the listing.
OpenDoors360 started in Brooklyn in 2020 and runs two markets directly. Colin operates in New York and Willis operates in Baltimore. You work with the operator, not a dispatcher routing a freelancer. Both are real estate photographers with years of experience photographing properties for real estate professionals, from one-bedroom apartments to houses and luxury homes. Aerial and drone coverage is available in New York markets.
The same HDR standard and delivery window apply across every type of real estate professional. Whether you list one property a month or run a portfolio, the booking is the same and the number is published. Property owners marketing commercial buildings get the same expert photographers and process as residential agents.
Listing agents and property managers across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, plus Long Island and Westchester.

Working with OpenDoors360 for real estate photography was great. They were punctual and very communicative during the whole process, and got right to work. I would work with them again in a heartbeat.
Real estate photography is professional photography made to market a property for sale or rent. It covers the interior, exterior, and selling details of a home, processed so the space reads bright, accurate, and true to size. We shoot every property in HDR, which merges several exposures so windows, walls, and shadows all hold detail in one frame.
HDR photography, the only quality we shoot, starts at $200 for properties up to 1,500 square feet. Pricing scales with interior square footage. A 360 virtual tour add-on starts at $300 and video starts at $100. Our full rate table is published above.
HDR stands for high dynamic range. Each frame is captured as several exposures, then merged so a bright window and a dim corner both hold detail in the same image. We finish every HDR frame through a five-stage process: capture, merge, tone-mapping, color correction, and detail finishing. HDR is on every shoot, not an upgrade.
Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the shoot. A rush add-on is available from $75 for same-day or next-day turnaround when our schedule allows. Tell us your listing deadline when you book and we schedule the shoot to match it.
No. We shoot the full property and deliver the full set. There is no minimum image count and no per-photo charge. Pricing is set by interior square footage, so the number is the same whether the unit needs twenty frames or sixty.
We cover all five New York City boroughs, plus Long Island and Westchester, and we cover Baltimore and the surrounding Maryland counties. Colin operates out of Brooklyn and Willis operates in Baltimore. Aerial coverage is available in New York markets.
