Section 01What we shoot

Every service for a Baltimore listing, in one shoot.

HDR is the standard.
Not the upgrade.

Our Baltimore real estate photography services cover the three assets a listing needs to perform online: HDR photography, 360 virtual tours, and real estate video walkthroughs. Every shoot is processed to the same HDR standard, with no minimum image count, so a Federal Hill rowhome and a Roland Park single-family read true to size. Aerial photography is part of our New York work and is not offered in Baltimore.

01 · HDR

HDR photography.

Five-stage HDR processing on every frame. Even light, accurate color, corrected geometry. We cover the full property: interior, exterior, and the details that sell a Baltimore home. No minimum image count.

From $200
02 · 360°

360 virtual tours.

An interactive walkthrough buyers move through on their own time. Listings with a virtual tour hold attention longer and pull more qualified showings, a virtual open house experience that runs around the clock. Six months of hosting included.

From $300
03 · Video

Video walkthroughs.

4K 60fps walkthrough shot in one continuous take, the way a buyer moves through a space. Cut for listing platforms, social media, and agent reels. Our videography services pair cleanly with photos on the same shoot.

From $100
04 · Staging

Virtual staging.

Furnish a vacant property digitally. Faster and less expensive than physical staging, and useful for empty units that need context for potential buyers and home buyers browsing online.

$35 / room
05 · Twilight

Twilight photography.

Five HDR images shot at dusk. Exterior-focused, built for Baltimore rowhomes, harbor-view condos, and properties with exterior lighting that reads best after sunset.

$200 flat
06 · Floor plans

Floor plans.

A clean schematic that gives buyers a read on the layout before they ever step inside. Added to a shoot on request and a natural pair with listing photography and a 360 virtual tour.

Section 02Why it matters

Why listing photography matters in Baltimore.

The first showing
happens online.

In Baltimore, buyers and renters scroll dozens of listings before they pick the few worth a visit. The photos are the first showing. Homes with clear, well-lit images get clicked, saved, and shared. The ones with dark or crooked shots get scrolled past.

Real estate agents and property managers use professional photography to set the tone of a listing in the first three seconds. HDR corrects the tight light and mixed window exposure that defines most Baltimore rowhomes and rehabbed interiors, so a Canton rowhome reads bright and a Roland Park home reads true to its size. When the photos speak first, strong listing photography online is what moves a saved tab into a booked showing.

What good photos earn
  • More clicks and saves on the MLS and listing portals.
  • More qualified showings from serious potential buyers.
  • A listing that reads as professionally represented.
  • Photos sized for the MLS, social media, and brokerage sites.
Section 03One partner

Full listing media, in one partner.

One booking.
Every asset a listing needs.

Most Baltimore real estate agents juggle a photographer, a video editor, and a tour vendor on three different timelines. We run the full visual marketing set in house, so one shoot covers the listing across the MLS, social media, and a brokerage site. As real estate professionals, we provide real estate photography that is built to sell listings faster and lift listing engagement from the first click.

  • HDR listing photography on every property, interior and exterior.
  • 360 virtual tours that create a virtual open house experience.
  • Video walkthroughs cut for listing platforms and agent reels.
  • Virtual staging to furnish vacant properties for potential buyers.
  • Twilight photography for rowhomes and waterfront exteriors.
  • Floor plans that give home buyers a clear read on the layout.
Section 04Why agents call us

Built for the way Baltimore listings move.

A listing has a window.
We work inside it.

Most Baltimore real estate agents find us after a slow photographer cost them a launch weekend. The fix is a shoot that is on the calendar fast, processed to the same standard every time, and delivered before the listing goes live.

  • HDR on every property, including small rowhomes and condos.
  • 24 to 48 hour delivery, with a rush option when timing is tight.
  • No minimum image counts. We shoot the full property.
  • Web-ready and MLS-sized exports in one delivery link.
  • Photography, 360 virtual tours, and video booked in a single visit.
  • Published pricing. You see the number before you book.
Bundle and convert twice

Pair photography with a tour or a video on the same listing.

Buyers who tour a property virtually are more likely to book an in-person showing. We bundle photography with a 360 virtual tour or a 90-second walkthrough so one shoot markets the listing across every channel and lifts listing performance.

Section 06Coverage

Baltimore neighborhoods, plus Howard and Anne Arundel.

Local operator.
Not a subcontractor network.

Willis lives and shoots in Baltimore, so coverage is local rather than a referral handed to a stranger. We know how each neighborhood reads on camera, from the narrow rowhomes of Federal Hill and Canton to the larger lots in Roland Park, and we shoot the best vantage points for the listing's surrounding area. We cover the city core and the counties on either side.

Section 07How a shoot works

Brief Monday. On site Tuesday. Delivered Wednesday.

Four steps.
Same on every shoot.

A clear photo shoot keeps the listing on schedule. Send a short pre shoot checklist with the property ready, and we handle the rest. Here is how a Baltimore booking runs from first message to final delivery.

Step 01

Send the address.

Address, square footage, services, and your listing deadline. Five minutes by form or phone. We confirm a slot the same day.

Step 02

We shoot it.

Willis shoots the full property in HDR, plus any add-on services. One to three hours on site depending on size.

Step 03

Five-stage processing.

Each image is merged, tone-mapped, color-corrected, and finished. 360 virtual tours are stitched and published to a hosted URL.

Step 04

One delivery link.

Web-ready and MLS-sized exports in a single link, 24 to 48 hours from the shoot. The listing goes live on time.

Section 08Common questions

Baltimore real estate photography, answered.

More questions?
Call or text us.
How much does real estate photography cost in Baltimore?

HDR photography, the only quality we shoot, starts at $200 for properties up to 1,500 square feet. Pricing scales with interior square footage and a 360 virtual tour add-on starts at $300. Our full rate table is published above.

How fast do you deliver?

Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the shoot. A rush add-on is available for same-day or next-day turnaround when our schedule allows.

Which neighborhoods and counties do you cover?

Fells Point, Federal Hill, Canton, Mount Vernon, Locust Point, Hampden, Roland Park, Mount Washington, and Bolton Hill, plus Howard County and Anne Arundel County. Willis operates locally in Baltimore and shoots across the metro area.

Can I book photography, a 360 virtual tour, and video in one visit?

Yes. Every service can be combined in a single shoot, which is the most efficient way to market a listing across the MLS, social media, and a brokerage site at once.

Do you offer drone or aerial photography in Baltimore?

Aerial photography is available in our New York markets only. In Baltimore we focus on HDR listing photography, 360 virtual tours, and video walkthroughs. For listings that need exterior emphasis, twilight photography and detailed exterior coverage work well in place of aerial.

Do you offer virtual staging and twilight photography?

Yes. Virtual staging furnishes a vacant property digitally at $35 per room, which gives potential buyers context for an empty unit. Twilight photography delivers five HDR exterior images at dusk for $200, useful for Baltimore rowhomes and waterfront properties with strong exterior lighting.

Can you deliver by my listing deadline?

Tell us your listing deadline when you book and we schedule the shoot to match it. Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the shoot, and a rush add-on is available for same-day or next-day turnaround when our schedule allows.

Section 09Before the shoot

A short pre shoot checklist.

Helpful tips.
A clean frame sells faster.

The cleaner the property reads on the day, the more the photos do for the listing. A few helpful tips before we arrive keep the shoot efficient and the frames clean.

Clear countertops and surfaces, open blinds for natural light, turn on every lamp, and stow personal items and pet bowls. Stage the rooms that matter most for home buyers: the kitchen, the primary bedroom, and the main living space. If the listing has a strong exterior, we plan twilight around sunset so the surrounding area photographs at its best vantage points.

Quick prep list
  • Clear counters, surfaces, and floors.
  • Open every blind and turn on every light.
  • Stow personal items, cords, and pet supplies.
  • Park vehicles away from the exterior frame.
