The number rings the operators, not a call center. Two business hours for a quote.

Section 01How to book
Four things, and we can quote the job.
No call required. Send it in writing.
Most photographers make you book a call before they will give you a number. We do the opposite. Send four pieces of information by form, text, or email and we return a firm quote and a proposed shoot time. The faster you send these, the faster the listing goes live.
01 · Address
The property address.
The full address, including the unit number and the borough or neighborhood. That tells us the travel, the building type, and whether a doorman or managed building needs a certificate of insurance and freight-elevator coordination.
02 · Square footage
Approximate square footage.
Interior square footage sets the price. Our rates scale by size, in tiers from 0 to 1,500 square feet up to 5,500 and above. An approximate number is fine. We confirm the exact tier on site.
03 · Services
The services you want.
HDR photography, a 360 virtual tour, a video walkthrough, aerial in New York, virtual staging, or twilight. Not sure what the listing needs? Tell us the property type and we will recommend a set.
04 · Deadline
Your listing deadline.
When does the listing go live? We schedule the shoot to land delivery before that date. Standard turnaround is 24 to 48 hours, and a rush add-on moves it to same-day or next-day when timing is tight.
Section 02What happens next
A quote in two business hours. No sales call.
You see the number. Then you decide.
Once your request lands, we read the address and the scope and reply with a firm quote and one or two shoot times that fit your deadline. There is no discovery call, no scoping meeting, and no pressure. Real estate moves on a clock, and the booking should too.
You confirm a time, we put the shoot on the calendar, and you get a confirmation with the details. Colin shoots New York, Willis shoots Baltimore. On the day of the shoot we cover the full property in HDR, plus any add-on services, then deliver one link with web-ready and MLS-sized exports inside 24 to 48 hours.

Section 03Service areas
New York City and Baltimore.
Two local operators. Not a referral network.
We are not a national booking platform that routes your shoot to a stranger. OpenDoors360 was founded in Brooklyn in 2020 and runs two markets directly. Colin operates across New York City. Willis operates across Baltimore. Pick your market below for local detail, pricing, and neighborhood coverage.
If you would rather not type, call or text. The number rings the operators, not a call center, and a text is often the fastest way to lock a shoot when a listing is moving. Send the address and the services in a single message and we will reply with a quote and a time.
Text is best for booking near a deadline, confirming access, or sending gate codes and lockbox details. Email reaches us at info@opendoors360.com for anything that needs a longer thread, like a multi-property portfolio or a commercial scope.
You do not need to coordinate a photographer, a video editor, and a tour vendor on three separate timelines. We run the full visual marketing set in house, so one shoot covers the listing across MLS, social media, and a brokerage site. Pick what you need below, or tell us the property type and we will recommend a set.
HDR listing photography on every property, interior and exterior, no image minimum.
360 virtual tours buyers walk on their own time, with six months of hosting included.
4K video walkthroughs cut for listing platforms and broker reels.
Drone and aerial coverage across New York markets.
Virtual staging that furnishes a vacant apartment digitally at $35 per room.
Twilight photography for exteriors that read best after sunset.
Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the shoot. Photos arrive in one link with both web-ready and MLS-sized exports. A rush add-on from $75 is available for same-day or next-day turnaround when our schedule allows. Tell us your listing deadline when you book and we schedule the shoot to match it.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover all five New York City boroughs, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island, plus Long Island and Westchester. Colin operates out of Brooklyn. In Maryland, Willis covers Baltimore and the surrounding counties, including Howard County and Anne Arundel County.
How much does a shoot cost?
HDR photography starts at $200 for properties up to 1,500 square feet and is the only quality we deliver. Pricing scales with interior square footage. A 360 virtual tour add-on starts at $300 and video starts at $100. We publish our full rates rather than quote case by case, so you know the number before you book.
Can you handle a rush or same-day shoot?
Yes, when our schedule allows. A rush add-on from $75 moves your delivery to same-day or next-day turnaround. If you have a hard listing deadline, send it with your request and we will tell you what we can commit to within two business hours.
What should I send when I request a quote?
Four things: the property address, the approximate interior square footage, the services you want (photography, 360 virtual tour, video, aerial in New York, virtual staging, twilight), and your listing deadline. That is enough for us to return a firm quote and a proposed shoot time. There is no discovery call and no sales script.
Do you travel to the property, or do I bring anything to you?
We come to the property. We shoot on location across New York City, Long Island, Westchester, Baltimore, and the surrounding Maryland counties. You do not bring anything to us. For doorman or managed buildings in Manhattan we can coordinate a certificate of insurance and freight-elevator access ahead of the shoot.
How do I reschedule a shoot?
Call or text (701) 566-9171, or reply to your booking confirmation. Reschedules are free with reasonable notice. Listings move, closings slip, and access falls through. We would rather move the shoot than photograph a property that is not ready.
