Section 01What we shoot

Every service for a Queens listing, in one shoot.

HDR is the standard.
Not the upgrade.
01 · HDR

HDR photography.

Five-stage HDR processing on every frame. Even light, accurate color, corrected geometry. We cover the full property: every unit in a two- or three-family, the exterior, the basement, and the details that sell a Queens home. No minimum image count.

From $200
02 · 360°

360 virtual tours.

An interactive walkthrough buyers and tenants move through on their own time. Useful for LIC condos and for screening renters on multi-family units before an in-person visit. Six months of hosting included.

From $300
03 · Video

Video walkthroughs.

4K 60fps walkthrough shot in one continuous take, the way a buyer moves through a space. Cut for listing platforms, social media, and broker reels.

From $100
04 · Aerial

Drone & aerial.

Drone coverage across Queens and surrounding markets. View and amenity shots for Long Island City towers, plus two ready video clips and five HDR aerial photos per session. Colin handles airspace and permitting where required.

From $200
05 · Staging

Virtual staging.

Furnish a vacant unit digitally. Faster and less expensive than physical staging, and useful for empty units in a multi-family that need context for buyers and investors.

$35 / room
06 · Twilight

Twilight photography.

Five HDR images shot at dusk. Exterior-focused, built for LIC towers with skyline views or homes with exterior lighting that reads best after sunset.

$200 flat
Section 02Why it matters

Why listing photography matters in Queens.

A building, not a unit.
Buyers underwrite the whole thing.

Queens trades on investment math. A buyer looking at a two- or three-family is not just picturing a home, they are reading the property as income. That means every unit matters, not only the owner's floor. A listing that shows one nice apartment and skips the rest leaves the buyer guessing, and a guessing buyer either lowballs or walks.

Full coverage answers the question before it is asked. We shoot each unit in the building, the basement, the yard, the parking, and the shared entry, so an investor can underwrite the deal from the listing instead of waiting on a walkthrough. For Long Island City and Flushing towers, the same logic applies to view and amenity: the photos have to show what the unit is actually selling. HDR corrects the mixed window light and tight rooms that define most Queens housing stock, so a railroad apartment reads true to its layout and a tower unit reads bright against the skyline behind it.

What full coverage earns
  • Investors who can price the building from the listing.
  • Fewer wasted showings on multi-family walk-throughs.
  • Tenants pre-screened by a 360 virtual tour before they visit.
  • View and amenity proof for Long Island City towers.
Section 03One partner

Full real estate media, in one partner.

One booking.
Every asset a Queens listing needs.

A two-family in Flushing, a co-op in Forest Hills, and a tower unit in Long Island City each market differently, but they all need more than a set of photos. We run the full visual set in house, so one Queens real estate photography booking covers a listing across MLS, social media, and a brokerage site. Photography, 360 virtual tours, video, aerials, floor plan documentation, and virtual staging are booked together and delivered on one link.

  • HDR listing photography on every unit, interior and exterior.
  • 360 virtual tours that let investors and tenants walk a unit remotely.
  • 4K video walkthroughs cut for listing platforms and broker reels.
  • Aerial view shots for Long Island City and Flushing towers.
  • Virtual staging to furnish a vacant unit in a multi-family building.
  • Pre-construction documentation for projects near occupied buildings.
Section 04Why agents call us

Built for the way Queens listings move.

A listing has a window.
We work inside it.

Queens is a multi-family and investor market. Landlords listing a two- or three-family need every unit shot, not just the best one. Investors comparing buildings need full coverage to underwrite a deal. LIC towers compete on view and amenity. We cover all of it on one visit and deliver before the listing goes live.

  • Every unit shot in a two- or three-family, plus exterior and shared space.
  • HDR on every property, from a Sunnyside studio to a Bayside single-family.
  • 24 to 48 hour delivery, with a rush option when timing is tight.
  • No minimum image counts. We shoot the full building.
  • View and amenity shots for Long Island City condo towers.
  • Published pricing. You see the number before you book.
Full-property coverage

One shoot covers every unit in a multi-family building.

Investors and landlords listing two- and three-family homes need to show the whole property, not a single unit. We document each unit, the exterior, and the shared areas in one visit, pairing HDR photography with a one-take walkthrough video, or adding a 360 virtual tour for the full package, so the listing markets across MLS, social, and broker sites at once.

Section 06Coverage

Across Queens, from the waterfront to Bayside.

Local operator.
Not a subcontractor network.

Queens runs the full range of housing stock, and we shoot all of it. Long Island City and Astoria for new-construction condos and rentals. Forest Hills for co-ops. Flushing, Jackson Heights, Jamaica, Sunnyside, and Ridgewood for two- and three-family and multi-family investment properties. Bayside for single-family. Each neighborhood lists a little differently, and the shoot is built around it.

Long Island City

Glass condo towers and converted lofts. Units sell on light and view, so we expose the windows correctly and add aerial and twilight for the skyline.

Astoria

Two- and three-family homes, co-ops, and a growing rental market. Full-building coverage for owners listing income property, plus tight-room HDR for pre-war units.

Forest Hills

Pre-war co-ops and Forest Hills Gardens single-family. Co-op boards and buyers want accurate room scale, so geometry correction matters here more than anywhere.

Flushing

Multi-family investment buildings and new mid-rise condos. We shoot every unit for investors underwriting the building, plus shared space and parking.

Jackson Heights

Garden co-ops and pre-war apartment stock. Older buildings with mixed light, where HDR keeps a unit reading bright instead of dim and yellow.

Jamaica

Two- and three-family homes and multi-family investment property. A core full-coverage market: every unit, the basement, the yard, and the parking.

Sunnyside

Sunnyside Gardens co-ops, studios, and rentals. Smaller units that need careful framing so a compact apartment reads as livable, not cramped.

Ridgewood

Brick two- and three-family rowhouses on the Brooklyn line. Full-building shoots for owners and investors listing income property.

Bayside

Single-family homes on larger lots toward the northeast edge. Exterior, yard, and frontage carry weight, and aerial shows the lot and the block.

Section 09Common questions

Queens real estate photography, answered.

More questions?
Call or text us.
How much does real estate photography cost in Queens?

HDR photography starts at $200 for properties up to 1,500 square feet and is the only quality we deliver. Pricing scales with interior square footage and a 360 virtual tour add-on starts at $300. Our full rate table is published above.

Do you photograph two- and three-family homes with multiple units?

Yes. Two- and three-family homes are a large part of the Queens market. We shoot every unit in the building, plus the exterior, basement, and shared spaces, so an investor or buyer sees the full property. Square footage is measured across the interior, and we will quote a multi-unit building from the address and unit count.

How fast do you deliver?

Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the shoot. A rush add-on is available for same-day or next-day turnaround when our schedule allows.

Which Queens neighborhoods do you cover?

All of Queens, including Long Island City, Astoria, Forest Hills, Flushing, Jackson Heights, Jamaica, Sunnyside, Ridgewood, and Bayside. Colin operates out of Brooklyn and shoots across Queens and the rest of the metro area.

Do you offer drone and aerial photography for LIC towers?

Yes. Aerial is available in New York markets, including view and amenity shots for Long Island City condo towers. Each session includes two ready video clips and five HDR aerial photos, with airspace and permitting handled where required.

Do you photograph rental units and investment properties?

Yes. Much of the Queens market is rental and investment stock. We shoot rent-stabilized walk-ups in Jackson Heights and Sunnyside, multi-family buildings in Flushing and Jamaica, and individual rental units for landlords. A 360 virtual tour lets you screen tenants remotely before an in-person visit, which cuts down on no-show showings.

Can you shoot a Long Island City condo and capture the skyline view?

Yes. Long Island City towers compete on view and amenity, so we shoot the unit in HDR with the windows exposed correctly, add a twilight session for the skyline at dusk, and can include aerial view shots from the building's elevation. Amenity floors, roof decks, and lobbies are covered in the same visit.
