They aren't legal, real estate, insurance, engineering or other professional advice, and they can't account for your property or your situation. 2. Estimates and prices

The instant estimate and the rates published on the site are estimates. They scale with interior square footage and the services you pick, and they aren't a quote, an invoice or a binding offer. Your price is the one in the quote we send you and you accept. If the property differs from what you described once we're on site, the scope and price may change, as set out in our Terms & Conditions.

3. Results and timelines vary

Delivery times, shoot lengths and results depend on the property, the services booked, the weather and our schedule. Dates we give are made in good faith and are estimates. Nothing on the site guarantees a specific outcome, such as views, leads, rankings, offers or a sale.

4. Case studies and examples

The case studies, view counts and traffic figures on the site describe particular projects for particular clients. The sample photos, tours and survey reports show the kind of work we do. They don't promise the same numbers or the same look for your property.

5. Surveys and documentation

Our pre-construction and post-construction survey work records how a property looked on the day we were there. It's a photographic record, not an inspection, appraisal, engineering assessment or legal opinion.

6. Aerial work

Drone coverage is offered in New York markets and depends on weather, airspace rules and any required permissions. When conditions or rules stop a flight, we reschedule that part of the shoot or adjust the scope.

7. Third-party tools and links

Our site uses and links to outside services, such as HoneyBook for forms and bookings, a tour viewer for 360 tours, and an AI assistant on some pages. They have their own terms and privacy policies, and we don't control what they do. The AI assistant gives general answers, can be wrong, and isn't a quote or a promise. Check anything important with us directly.
