Real estate photography in Harford County is HDR listing photos, 360 virtual tours and video for properties from Bel Air town center out to the acreage in Jarrettsville and Monkton. Our Maryland photographer is based here, so it's the county we schedule soonest. Published rates, 24 to 48 hour delivery.
Clients and platforms we have worked with.

Every service for a Harford County listing, in one visit.
Not the upgrade.
A Harford County listing needs three things working online: HDR photography, a 360 virtual tour and video. Every shoot is processed to the same five-stage HDR standard with no image minimum, so a Bel Air townhome and a Jarrettsville place on five acres each get the coverage it actually needs. Aerial photography is part of our New York work and is not offered in Maryland.
HDR photography.
Five bracketed exposures on every frame, merged so the windows keep their view and the rooms keep their real color. Interior and exterior, full property coverage, no photo minimum.
360 virtual tours.
A hosted link a buyer can walk on their own time. It's the service that does the most work on a Harford listing an out-of-state buyer is shopping remotely.
Video walkthroughs.
A paced walk through the property for the listing page and social. Shot in the same visit as the photos.
Virtual staging.
Furnishes a vacant room digitally at $50 per image. Handy on a new Forest Hill build or a vacant estate sale where empty rooms read smaller than they are.
Twilight photography.
Five HDR exteriors at dusk for $200. On an acreage listing that's what gives the land scale, which is the job aerial would otherwise do.
Floor plans.
A clean schematic so buyers read the layout before they visit. $125 per plan, flat. Details on our real estate floor plan page.
A lot of Harford buyers never see the house first.
Decide from the media.
Aberdeen Proving Ground brings people into Harford County from other states, usually on orders with a fixed report date and a narrow window to find a house.
That buyer shortlists from a screen, sometimes without ever walking the property before they make an offer. Every question they would have asked in person has to be answered by the listing media on its own: how the rooms connect, what the light does, how far the house sits back off the road, what the basement actually looks like. A thin photo set loses you that buyer to the listing next to it that answered them.
That's also why a 360 virtual tour earns its cost more reliably in Harford than in a market where everyone walks in. A tour lets a buyer two states away walk the house in whatever order they want, and not in the order a photo set puts them.
- Every room, including the ones photo sets usually skip over.
- A 360 tour so they control the walkthrough.
- Exteriors that show the setback and the lot.
- A floor plan, so the layout isn't guesswork.
Harford is three different shoots, not one.
Shot by property type.
The county runs from a walkable town center to working farmland inside about twenty minutes, and a listing in each needs a different day.
Bel Air town center.
Older colonials, historic-district houses and newer townhome developments, on small lots with neighbors close on both sides. The work here is interior: tight rooms, mixed light from windows on one wall, and exteriors framed to keep the neighboring house out of the shot. It's usually the shortest day we shoot in the county.
Forest Hill and the Route 24 corridor.
Subdivisions built through the nineties and two thousands: open plans, two-story foyers, finished basements and decks. These photograph well and reward a full interior sweep, because the selling point's the layout and how the main floor flows. Virtual staging matters most here, since a lot of these come up vacant and empty rooms read small.
Fallston, Jarrettsville, Monkton and Darlington.
Acreage, horse properties, barns and workshops, long driveways off Route 543 and the roads around Deer Creek. The land is half the listing, so the shoot spends real time outside: the approach, the outbuildings and their interiors, fence lines and paddocks, and the view from the house across the property. It's the longest day, and the one where twilight does the most.
Bel Air out to the Susquehanna.
Plus the Baltimore metro.
Harford County is the closest market to our Maryland photographer, which is the practical reason we're starting here.
Bel Air, Forest Hill, Fallston, Jarrettsville, Monkton, Darlington, Aberdeen and Havre de Grace, plus the towns along Route 1, Route 24 and Route 543. Havre de Grace listings get their own treatment where the water is part of the view: the Susquehanna meets the Chesapeake there, and a twilight set on a property with a water view does more for the listing than any interior frame.
Outside the county we're shooting the rest of the metro. Baltimore City rowhomes and neighborhoods are on our Baltimore real estate photography page, and the full state picture, including Howard and Anne Arundel, is on real estate photography in Maryland.
- Bel Air and the historic district.
- Forest Hill and Route 24.
- Fallston and Jarrettsville.
- Monkton and Darlington.
- Aberdeen and Havre de Grace.

How much does real estate photography cost in Harford County?
Real estate photography in Harford County starts at $200 for HDR listing photos on a property up to 1,500 square feet. Rates scale with interior square footage and they're published in the table above. A 360 virtual tour starts at $300 and can be added to the same visit. Call or text for anything over 5,500 square feet.
Which Harford County towns do you cover?
We cover Bel Air, Forest Hill, Fallston, Jarrettsville, Monkton, Havre de Grace, Aberdeen and the towns along Route 24, Route 1 and Route 543. Our Baltimore-based photographer shoots the county, and Harford is the closest market to home, so it's the one we can usually schedule soonest.
Do you photograph properties on acreage and horse farms?
Acreage listings in Fallston, Jarrettsville, Monkton and Darlington get more exterior coverage than a town-center property: the approach, the outbuildings, the barn or workshop interior, fence lines and paddocks, and the view from the house across the land. There's no image minimum, so a farm doesn't get the same photo count as a townhome.
Do you offer drone or aerial photography in Harford County?
Aerial photography is part of our New York work and isn't offered in Maryland. On an acreage listing, where aerial would normally show the lot, we shoot the property line from the ground, the long approach, and a twilight exterior set that gives the land scale. If a listing genuinely can't be marketed without aerial, we'll say so instead of selling you a substitute.
How fast do you deliver photos in Harford County?
Standard delivery is 24 to 48 hours from the shoot, and that's the same in every Harford County town. A rush add-on covers same-day or next-day turnaround when the schedule allows. Tell us the listing deadline when you book and we'll schedule the shoot to hit it.
How long does a Harford County shoot take on site?
Most shoots run one to three hours on site, depending on the size of the property and the services booked. A Bel Air townhome is usually at the short end of that. A Jarrettsville property with outbuildings, a 360 virtual tour and a twilight set takes the longest, because the exterior work has to wait on the light.
Can I book photos, a 360 tour and video in one visit?
Every service can be combined in one visit, which is the efficient way to cover a listing for the MLS, a brokerage site and social at the same time, and it's one trip. For a property an out-of-state buyer is shopping remotely, photos plus a 360 virtual tour is the pairing that answers the most questions without a second trip.
Do you work with agents relocating buyers to Aberdeen Proving Ground?
Buyers moving to Aberdeen Proving Ground frequently shop Harford County listings from another state, often on orders with a fixed report date. That buyer's deciding off the listing media alone, so a complete photo set and a 360 virtual tour carry more weight than they would with a local walk-in buyer. We'll schedule around a listing deadline when you tell us the date.
A short pre shoot checklist.
A clean frame sells faster.
The cleaner the property reads on the day, the more the photos will do for the listing.
Clear counters and floors, open every blind, turn on every lamp, and stow personal items and pet bowls. Park vehicles away from the exterior frame, which matters more on a Bel Air street than it does on a five-acre lot. On an acreage listing, mow before the shoot and open the barn or workshop, because those interiors are part of what's selling the property. If the listing has a water view or landscape lighting, we plan twilight around sunset.
- Clear counters, surfaces and floors.
- Open every blind, turn on every light.
- Stow personal items, cords and pet supplies.
- Acreage: mow, and open the outbuildings.
